This package is a great introduction into exercise and nutrition. On completion of your online consultation, we will get to work on your tailored workout programme and meal plan. You will also receive educational material around health and well-being including; a guide to healthy eating, sleep & stress and benefits of exercise. 

To keep it simple, all of your programmes and material can be accessed via your hub on the app, where you can also track and log all of your workouts, nutrition and progress! So, you can be sure to achieve your goals, even on the move!

Once you have completed your online consultation, you can expect to have your tailored programmes within 3-5 working days. If we can get it to you sooner, we will!
